Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Antoniou Enterprises Ltd, trading as CLVmaxers ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit clvmaxers.com (the "Website"), contact us, book a call with us, or work with us.

Who we are

Antoniou Enterprises Ltd (trading as CLVmaxers)
71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Company number: 14690143
Email: [email protected]

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, store URL, details about your store (such as your email platform and list size) and the content of your message. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also receive your phone number. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email. We use this information to reply to you and to discuss working together.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

When you book a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, an external scheduling service. Calendly collects your booking details under its own privacy policy and shares with us the details needed for the call, such as your name, email address and any answers you give. We use these to prepare for and hold the call.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you become a client

We collect the contact and billing details we need to deliver our services and invoice you.
Legal basis: performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations (for example accounting and tax records).

When you browse the Website

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how the Website is used (for example pages visited, referring sites, country and device type). Umami does not use cookies. It does not store your IP address or any information that identifies you, and all statistics are aggregated.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Website.

Security

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a submission comes from a person or a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and device. Turnstile does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the Website from spam and abuse.

Cookies

The Website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. The only data stored on your device is what is strictly necessary for the Website to work and stay secure, such as the spam check on the contact form. Because this is strictly necessary, we do not ask for cookie consent.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as far as needed:

  • Website hosting: SiteGround
  • Analytics: Umami (no identifying data stored)
  • Spam protection: Cloudflare (Turnstile)
  • Email: our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive
  • Scheduling: Calendly, when you book a call
  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there, under WhatsApp's own terms
  • Professional advisers: such as accountants, where required by law

Client data we process on behalf of others

When we manage email marketing for our clients, we process their customers' data on their instructions, as a data processor. In that case the client's own privacy policy applies to that data, not this one.

International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that don't lead to working together: up to 12 months
  • Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (typically 6 years for accounting records)

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • correct inaccurate data
  • have your data deleted
  • restrict or object to our processing
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the authority in your country

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Children

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
