Omnisend email and SMS, built properly and run every month.

Two ways to work with CLVmaxers: a one-time Build that sets up your whole Omnisend program, and a monthly Run engagement that keeps it growing. Both start with a free audit, and every price below is the same number in USD, GBP and EUR.

How it fits together

Audit, Build, Run

Most stores start with a Build and move on to Run once the foundation is in place. Stores with a solid setup and a list of 5,000+ contacts can go straight to Run.

01 · Free

Audit

A 20-minute teardown of your flows, campaigns, segments and deliverability, with a written action plan. It tells you what to fix first and what it's worth, whether you hire us or not.

02 · One-time

Build

Your Omnisend program set up or rebuilt in full: flows, forms, segments and templates, followed by hypercare while the numbers settle. The right starting point for new stores and for accounts that never got a proper foundation.

03 · Monthly

Run

Campaigns, SMS, testing and flow optimization every month, planned around your calendar and reported against revenue. For stores with 5,000+ contacts.

Build · one-time project

Your Omnisend program, set up once and done right

Every Build runs on the same method, with email, SMS and web push working inside the same flows. What changes between scopes is how far the program goes, not how carefully it is built.

01

Audit

We read your store data, list and current flows to find where revenue is leaking before anything gets built.

02

Build

Flows, sign-up forms and segments designed around your customer journeys, not a template library.

03

Test

Pop-ups, messaging and timing are tested against each other, so decisions come from data, not taste.

04

Hypercare

After launch we watch performance closely and fix what the data shows, before handing it over.

Essentials

New stores, or stores below six figures

$1,000–2,500

£1,000–2,500 · €1,000–2,500

Stop losing revenue from people who already showed intent.

  • The core revenue journeys (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase) running across email, SMS and push
  • Sign-up capture that sorts new subscribers into segments from day one
  • Tracking set up so you can see what each flow earns

Typical scope: 4 core flows · 3 pop-ups · 3 segments · 15 days hypercare

Growth

Brands pushing toward seven figures

$2,500–5,000

£2,500–5,000 · €2,500–5,000

Move from “the flows exist” to a program that reacts to who each customer is.

  • Flows branched by behaviour and customer stage, with as many touches as each journey needs
  • Pop-ups A/B tested for list quality, not just list size
  • Branded templates, so flows and campaigns read as one brand

Typical scope: 7 flows · 6 segments · 3 A/B-tested pop-ups · 3 templates · 30 days hypercare

Scoped after the audit

Build lifecycle around retention and customer value, not just recovery.

  • Loyalty and subscription data feeding directly into the journeys
  • Segmentation by value and lifecycle stage, so your best customers are treated differently
  • Flow depth decided per journey from the audit, not by a package limit

Typical scope: 8+ flows · 12+ segments · 6+ templates · loyalty and subscription integrations · 30 days hypercare

The exact scope and price are confirmed in writing after the free audit, so you know what you're paying for before anything starts.

Run · monthly engagement

Monthly campaigns, SMS and optimization

Run keeps the program earning after the build. Every month follows the same cycle: plan the calendar, send, test, then tune the flows that already bring in revenue. Run is for stores with 5,000+ contacts, where there is enough volume for campaigns and testing to pay back the fee.

01

Plan

The next month's calendar is agreed in advance, built around your launches, stock and margins.

02

Send

Campaigns go to the segments they fit, with send volume paced to protect inbox placement.

03

Test

Subject lines, offers, timing and layouts are tested wherever the list is big enough to read a result.

04

Tune and report

What worked goes back into the flows, and you get a report on revenue, not vanity metrics.

Core

Stores that need a consistent sending rhythm

From $1,000/mo

£1,000 · €1,000

Turn email and SMS into a channel that earns every week, not only when there is a sale.

  • A campaign calendar planned a month ahead around your launches, stock and promotions
  • Email and SMS sent to the right segments, not the whole list every time
  • Monthly tuning of the flows that already bring in revenue

Typical scope: 4–5 email and 2–4 SMS campaigns a month · up to 4 hours of flow optimisation

Growth

Brands pushing toward seven figures

From $2,200/mo

£2,200 · €2,200

Make every send teach you something, so results compound month over month.

  • A/B testing on every campaign with enough volume to read a result
  • Segment-specific messaging for new, repeat and lapsing customers
  • Designer support, so campaigns look as considered as your store

Typical scope: 6–8 email and 3–5 SMS campaigns a month · A/B testing · up to 4 hours of flow optimisation · designer support

Full program

Seven-figure stores and up

Custom quote

Scoped after the audit

Run email and SMS as a retention function, with a strategist accountable for the numbers.

  • A testing roadmap across campaigns and flows, not one-off tests
  • Deeper flow work every month on the journeys with the most revenue at stake
  • A monthly strategy call and written report tied to revenue, not opens

Typical scope: 8+ email and 5+ SMS campaigns a month · A/B testing · up to 8 hours of flow optimisation · designer support · monthly strategy call and report

Specialist work

When one part of the program needs fixing first

Some problems come before any campaign plan: emails landing in spam, a platform that's holding you back, or a loyalty program nobody uses. These are scoped on their own or folded into a Build.

Deliverability recovery

Open rates below 15–20% usually mean inbox placement is broken. We fix domain authentication, clean the list, warm the domain back up and reset sending patterns.

Migration to Omnisend

Moving from Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Mailerlite. We move your contacts and consent data, rebuild flows and templates in Omnisend, and keep you sending without a gap.

Loyalty and reviews

Smile.io and Yotpo set up properly and wired into your flows, so points, VIP tiers and reviews turn first orders into repeat orders.

Jason Perricone · Relaxacare

“Thanos helped us to automate the Omnisend process… We had already seen sales from automated emails raised by over 100%.”

Austin Lee · Eco Chic Retail

“We worked with Thanos to create some segmentations and automations. Thanos understood our requirements and completed the tasks in a timely manner.”

FAQ

Questions about scope and pricing

What's the difference between Build and Run?

Build is a one-time project that sets up your Omnisend program: flows, sign-up forms, segments and templates. Run is a monthly engagement that plans and sends your campaigns, tests what works and keeps the flows tuned. Most stores do a Build first; stores with a solid setup and 5,000+ contacts can start with Run.

Why are Build prices a range?

Stores differ in catalog size, number of markets and languages, and how much of the existing setup can be kept. The free audit pins down the exact scope, and you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Do you charge in USD, GBP or EUR?

Whichever you prefer. The number is the same in all three: a Build from 1,000 is $1,000, £1,000 or €1,000.

Are Omnisend fees included?

No. Your Omnisend subscription and SMS sending credits are paid directly to Omnisend. Our fees cover strategy, setup, copy, design support and management. Still choosing a platform? See our Omnisend vs Klaviyo pricing comparison.

What is hypercare?

The 15 or 30 days after a Build goes live. We monitor every flow and form, fix issues as they appear, and adjust timing and content based on the first real data, so the program is stable before you're on your own or move to Run.

Do you work in Klaviyo too?

Yes. We're Omnisend-first because it's the platform we recommend for most stores in this range, but we manage Klaviyo accounts as well. If a move to Omnisend makes sense for you, the audit will show why.
